Here's a form for you to review -a probate disclaimer - that you are welcome to adapt to a trust  if you wish.  The disclaimer doesn't need to be filed, but does need to be delivered to the Trustee of the RLT within the 9 months. The governing statutes are in the form.  I hope they are accurate.
