[WSBAPT] Looking for Creative Solution - Intestate Estate with Step Children

If one of these elderly siblings asked me for advice, I would be discussing
the 5 year disqualification period for medicaid benefits.    As attorney
for the step-children, shouldn't you advise the elderly siblings to see
their own attorney?
