Hello all,

Question: mother had two children, executed a RLT, funded all assets into RLT then subsequently adopted a child, mother did not provide for adopted child anywhere else, can the adopted child claim any interest in the trust estate similar to RCW 11.12.091? Any case cites or RCWs would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Nick
