I would post each and every parcel just to finesse the issue and not have to
deal with doing it wrong. For vacant land, my process server takes a stake
to the property and posts on the stake.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Posting of Notice of Default

Hello Listmates

I am commencing a non-judicial foreclosure. The deed of trust securing the
debt encumbers 5 tax parcels. Three are office condos and 2 are adjacent
vacant land. I am preparing to have the default posted at the property. I am
wondering if each of the 5 parcels needs to have a notice of default posted
at the parcel? And if so, as to the adjacent vacant land, what would be the
appropriate method to post?

Thank you for your input.

Rich
