[WSBAPT] Federal Employment Law Attorney Referral Request (ARIZONA)

Dear Colleagues,

I hope you all had a Wonderful Thanksgiving!!

I have a friend who is in need of an employment law attorney with federal
employment law experience regarding his 17+ year employment with the
government. He was told that he is being investigated for jewelry he gave
to his staff. The jewelry is suspected to be stolen.

Currently, he is awaiting the results of the investigation from his
immediate supervisor and wishes to speak to an attorney to review and
advise.

Also he has drafted a timeline of events along with the agency's Discipline
& Adverse Actions manual. He works in southern Arizona.
