[WSBAPT] Where should I send this?

Here's the situation:

Probate opened - potential known creditor who is represented by an attorney
for purposes of resolving issues related to the probate.

I want to provide Notice to Creditors notice to said potential creditor.
Should I mail directly to the potential creditor, to the attorney
representing the creditor, to both?

Just want to make sure I do this right and thought you all would be able to
tell me quickly.

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Christopher Small
