Actually, because I didn't realize that the order to seal had to be
separate, the clerk just supplied the motion and order on the spot.  I'm not
sure, but that may mean they actually want you to use their forms (like in a
motion and order to appoint a GAL for a minor in a probate), so I would just
recommend that you actually get their forms directly (either on-line or on
the spot).

I am also happy to discuss it with you further and/or share forms if you
want to contact me directly.
(And I am interested in knowing if you learn that it needs to be their own
forms.)

Brandyn,

Did you bring your motion to seal the will first, file the sealed will  and
redacted copy and then return to ex parte to file your probate petition or
did you present the motion and petition all at once?  Would you mind sharing
your motion? I had planned on including the motion to seal in my probate
petition after talking to ex parte via the clerk, so thank you for replying
to my query.
