Dear listmates,

This is a new one for me. I am about to open a probate. The will includes the decedent's full social security number. My thought: I get the will stamped by the clerk, present my petition to the court with the will and ask permission of the commissioner to take a sharpie and black out the social security number before I file the will. Any other thoughts?
