My client is looking for a good land use/zoning attorney in the area.



Client's property in Redmond adjoins a church property which has a conditional use permit.  The City of Redmond is considering allowing an accessory permit to enable the church and other groups to operate a shelter for the homeless on the land adjoining our clients.
