[WSBAPT] DoT Foreclosure Action After its Loan Has Been Discharged

Listmates,

Have a question on a foreclosure action for a residential property. Its
underlying home loan already has been discharged by bankruptcy. As a result
of the discharge, is there any procedural difference that the creditor
should be aware during her Deed-of-Trust foreclosure action?

Many thanks,

Oscar Yang
