[WSBAPT] Off topic referral - Construction law attorney

I supsect the contract is voidable see  RCW 18.27. An unlicense contractor
is barred from relief by the court for breach of contract. A letter to the
unlicensed contractor may do the trick, get licensed bonded and insured as
required by law or be reported to Dept of Labor and industries, face
