[WSBAPT] Off topic referral - Construction law attorney

Can someone recommend an attorney experienced in construction law for a
client in Redmond.
They need someone to review a kitchen remodel contract.
We just discovered that the contractor does not have a current L & I license

That raises red flags.  Fortunately, the contract has not been signed.
