[WSBAPT] Urgent question - mentally ill person

In these situations, I have called the police and they can see what activity there is on both cell phone (if any) and bank/credit cards.  Difficult if she does not want to involve the police, but it is viewed as a welfare check in the times I have been involved. Marcia
