[WSBAPT] Need legal help with a military benefit.

Folks;


My PC said "We've had to move mother to a new retirement home, and in the process of assessing budget we were told many times she could get a monthly stipend for her father having been Active Duty in military during the Vietnam war. The same people told us that it is a lot of bureaucratic paperwork, and a lawyer or law group could potentially do it all for a one-time payment of about $800.

Would anyone be interested in this work?
