Josh:
I just tried accessing forms from the “home” page and the links appear to be broken, but I clicked on the link to the form “library” page still works for me.

Every time I try and access the very handy forms on Richard Wills’ site, I get a message... Your connection to this server has been blocked in this server’s firewall. Anyone else having this problem? Probably my server.

Petition to be appointed as Administrator with Will Annexed in the probates of D1 and D2.

The forms on Richard Wills’ site include a sample Petition and Order for Administration with Will Annexed.
http://www.probate-form.com/Probate/BFormList_All.htm

The form petition is for a new probate, rather than your situation with a prior executor, but if you just add a couple of paragraphs to the petition summarizing the events and the deaths (probably attaching a redacted death certificate) then you should be fine.

Also, since PR1 is the heir, unless there are significant creditors or the estates are insolvent, then you should be about to get bond waived and be good to go.

List-mates,

I have a puzzler. I have three decedents – D1, D2, and D3 – and one living PR – PR1. D1 died first and named D2 are PR. D2 died and named a PR who later relinquished and named D3 as PR. D3 died prior to closing of probates of D1 and D2. D3 was the sole heir to D1 and D2. D3 named PR1 as his PR and as his sole heir.

PR1 is the only remaining heir for D1, D2, and D3. How do I get PR1 named as PR for D1 and D2 so that PR1 can close all three probates? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Anyone have forms they would be willing to share?

Something like this has to have happened somewhere. I would be very appreciative to not have to reinvent the wheel on this one.

Please email me directly at feil at cni.net<mailto:feil at cni.net> with responses.
