Hi –

My client wants to know options for professional attorney-in-fact; the trust company I have worked with before as professional fiduciary will not act as attorney-in-fact, though it will act as trustee, personal representative, etc.

I realize a revocable trust with the authority for the successor trustee to act upon incapacity of the grantor could be a partial solution (at least for trust assets), but also wanted to hear if there were any recommendations for professional attorney in fact.

Thanks,

Sherman Snow
