Hello Listmates 

 

I am dealing with a probate where the decedent (son) was sole beneficiary of his mom’s will.  Mom died before son and her probate closed years ago, but one property was not sold or transferred out of the mom’s name.

 

Can PR of son’s estate re-open mom’s probate to transfer title to beneficiary or seller?  If so – does anyone have forms?
