[WSBAPT] Social security disability and inheritance

Hello,

A client's son is on social security disability, I've done some research
and looks like there's a cap on income and earnings, but not assets.

I want to make sure that the son can inherit his share outright without it
interfering with his qualification for the payments. Anyone familiar with
this?
