[WSBAPT] PR as Listing Agent for Decedent's Home

My client is the PR of an estate with non-intervention powers. The decedent owned real estate that the beneficiaries would now like to sell. PR is also a licensed real estate agent and would like to serve as the listing agent (and get the standard commission).
Have others dealt with this? How problematic is this from a conflict of interest standpoint?
Thanks for any thoughts and insights!

Jared
