[WSBAPT] Referral - BC Estate attorney

I have a client whose husband died earlier this year without a Will. They had a community property agreement which has worked to effectuate transfer of all their Washington assets to the surviving spouse.

There is a safety deposit box in a bank in Vancouver BC which surviving spouse has been unable to access. Bank is telling her that she needs letters of administration.

Anyone on the list licensed in BC who can help, or know someone?
