[WSBAPT] actual end date for 4 months creditors period?

Assuming they were not a reasonably ascertainable creditor, then the postmark is late. Four months would be 6/8/17. I’d reject it.

However, if they are reasonably ascertainable, then the creditor gets 30 days from the date of service/mailing of actual notice or 24-months from death, whichever is earlier.

Subject: [WSBAPT] actual end date for 4 months creditors period?

I have a probate with creditors claim submitted right at the wire. Notice published on 2/8/17. Claim filed on time, but mailing of Claim to me was postmarked 6/9/17. Too late, right? (Given, of course, all the usual if, ands or buts…)
