Dear Colleagues, (sorry if in duplicate)

I hope you all are enjoying the Amazing weather!!

I have a friend who is in need of an employment law attorney with federal employment law experience regarding discrimination, harassment, shaming, bullying, intimidation and multiple recorded and submitted retaliation events. Resignation requested by employer.

The EEO case is being (1) formally investigated and; (2) mediated at the same time. He is currently awaiting the mediation letter which he will have only a short time to reply and wishes to have an attorney selected and on board to review and advise.

Also he has drafted a short narrative of the history, issues and status.
