[WSBAPT] Potential Referral--Unauthorized Practice of Law

Hello, Listmates.

Sorry if this pops up on more than one of your list-servs. I'm throwing the wide-net for a referral. I got a call from a client who is being investigated by the Attorney General for unauthorized practice of law. I think he may have some viable defenses, but it's not my area of law. Any names or self-referrals I might give him?
