[WSBAPT] Vendors for Mineral rights

Colleagues:

An estate holds quite a number of different mineral rights. The rights need to be liquidated.

Is anyone aware of a 'brokerage house' type entity or other similar vendor that will sell the mineral rights on the open market such that fair market value is established through the sale?
