Interested in how you have handled a probate case where there is no will (although would be interested if a different answer if there is a will) and the word on the street that decedent has another child, but no one has a clue who this child might be, where to look or who to speak to?  Do you prepare an affidavit of due diligence by the PR and publish for unknown heirs of the decedent's estate, and then request a court order declaring the heirs of the estate?
