[WSBAPT] Wrongful Death Suit "Bottom of the Nineth"

Hello Listserve!! Hope you are Enjoying the Beautiful weather!!

Just received a phone call from a potential client who says his mother died
at age 74 from a knee replacement surgery. The mother went in on July 3,
2014 and died July 22, 2014. Not sure all the details, but the children NOW
decide they want to pursue a wrongful death suit. Husband died 17 months
after mother. No probate, property passed to Husband by community property
agreement.

With the SOL of 3-years, they must act by this Monday.

Does anyone have a sample pleading or suggestion what they can do this
Monday to secure their future right and buy time to seek a PI attorney?
