[WSBAPT] impact of Mexican law on inheritance of U S expat's assets

Dear list mates, I have a potential client who lives in Mexico aboard his $300k yacht, which is in a Nevada living trust with his daughter who lives in San Diego as beneficiary.  He wants to know what will happen if he dies while still living in Mexico on the boat as to his daughter’s ability to inherit.
