[WSBAPT] need referral for someone well versed in PERS benefits

Dear All,


PC is surviving spouse of man, who had a dissolution in Washington using a formula for distributing his PERS benefits.  There is a probate open in Oregon, but Washington counsel for ex-spouse is moving to block PERS benefits to surviving spouse.  Thanks, Marcia
