[WSBAPT] "how-to" Q: Probate Transfer of RE to Trust for minor?

Mates:  Here’s the fun question of the day:

Will says a minor’s bequest goes in trust to named Trustee until minor turns 21, which will be another 10 years from now.  Bequest includes a home.  In probating the estate,  the PR prepares the fiduciary deed to who?   “T, as Trustee for the benefit of M, pursuant to the terms of Last Will and Testament of D” ???
