You should be able to find someone you can feel confident in at the NAELA
website; this is work elder and special needs law attorneys do all the time.
When I put Raleigh in the "find an attorney" link, though, there was no one
I know personally. Hope this helps.

Trying one more time...

 

Potential client is a recent widow with minor child and needs a minor
guardianship for father's life insurance proceeds.  She is planning to move
the family to the Raleigh, NC area in the next 6 mo.

 

Any referrals for local counsel in NC to either help her with transferring
venue of WA guardianship to NC after they move, or to start the Guardianship
down there if she decides to wait a few months to begin the process?
