[WSBAPT] Any way to avoid Probate

Good afternoon,

PC is the successor trustee and named executor for decedent's pour over
will. PC originally filed Will with court believing that the Trust document
provided all the authority needed to manage decedent's estate.

Apparently there are bank accounts that were not addressed by the Trust and
the bank is refusing to give PC access to the accounts without letters
testamentary.

(I have not seen any of the documents yet.)

Is there any way for PC to avoid having to open probate in this
circumstance? Apparently the accounts contain a significant amount of money.

Sincerely,

G. (Gus) Benjamin Lindsey III
