[WSBAPT] Property transfer to "healthy" spouse

What success/failure has anyone had in transferring/gifting (via an order in a guardianship proceeding) the Medicaid recipient spouse’s undivided one half in community property residence to the healthy spouse?

 

The objective, of course, is to remove the asset from being subject to Medicaid lien.  There were no durable power of attorney documents in place before incapacity that otherwise would have allowed such a transfer.
