[WSBAPT] PC Referral: Possible Partition Sale

Hello all,

I'm looking to refer a PC who is co-owner of a single-family home in
Seattle. He and his two siblings inherited the house from their mother. He
would like to be bought out or sell. Other co-owners not interested. He has
heard about partition sales and wonders about his options/alternate
strategies.

Can anyone point me to good resources/attorneys for this client?
