[WSBAPT] Referral for Mortgage and Foreclosure Attorney in East Side

I have a client who is looking for an attorney who handles mortgage and
foreclosure issue in the East Side.

They paid the Dec.  mortgage payment in Jan. but received pre-foreclosure
letter from the US bank.
There might be other issues that I am not aware of.

I would appreciate any referral or self referral.
