[WSBAPT] Capitol One 360 estate settlement

Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine (in Seattle anyway).
Have any of you had any dealings with Capitol One 360 (which is an online bank, not the credit card). I represent a PR who is trying to get them to close out the decedent's account and send her a check, and is getting the run around.
Names and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
