Dear Mr. Kirkevold:

I have attached a letter expressing my concerns about the proposal to expand the LLLT Program into the area of Elder Law.  I hope other attorneys who practice Elder Law will also voice their opinions, whether they support or oppose the proposal.  A change of this magnitude should not be made without a thorough discussion of the consequences.
