[WSBAPT] Sealed CIF in file

I need some information from the CIF (confidential information form) filled out in a guardianship / custody file in King County of 2 minor grandchildren to their grandmother.  In probate of the father of the 2 minors, I was ordered to open blocked bank accounts at B of America.  The grandmother was the Administrator of the probate until she took monies inappropriately, so the Judge appointed me as the Administrator.  I collected on a bond and now have monies for the 2 minors.

Problem is, the information on the form filled out in the guardianship has the SSN of the 2 minor children.  Can someone explain to me or provide appropriate samples of being able to (1) have judge review the form and provide me the SSN of the 2 minor children or (2) let me review the file at the courthouse to get the 2 SSN?  I emailed the clerk and spoke to her on the phone but she says the CIF is sealed in the file.

If this is impossible, does someone know how to get SSN for 2 minor children when I have names and birthdates only?
