[WSBAPT] Escheat

Greetings Collective:

A month or so back I asked if anyone has had experience with an escheat before. Well, we're getting into the weeds on a matter where we have yet to find heirs, and we're trying to sort out some of the procedural timing under RCW 11.08 and WAC 458-57-165.
