[WSBAPT] Notice Publication in the Philippines

Marie:  I recently handled a testate WA estate and the main heir lived in the Philippines.  I was directed to US consulate and found heir as a resident.
You can use “contact us” on their website and they will respond.

They provided me with an email to the heir and address.  No reason to publish at that point.
There were no creditors for the Washington real property or estate.

I will be petitioning to administer an intestate estate in Washington, but believe there may be heirs and creditors in the Philippines. Does anyone have experience publishing a notice to creditors in The Philippines they can share with me, including contact information for newspapers there? Thank you for any insights.
