[WSBAPT] How to Calculate Damages

Hello All,

Can someone please direct me to case law where a Washington court has discussed how to calculate damages in a breach of fiduciary duty-extra points if the case is regarding a trustee's breach of fiduciary duty.

For example, where a trustee has transferred money from the trust's brokerage account to his/her own, is the calculation of damages: (1) the raw sum of money taken; (2) the profits the trust would have made if the money was left in the brokerage account; (3) the profits the trustee has made within his/her own brokerage account with the misappropriated funds; or (4) some combination of these?
