[WSBAPT] Senior Care Management

This seems like a great topic for a CLE. I just had a consultation with a woman who came to my office with her son-in-law. He was clearly pressuring her to sign powers of attorney and the more we talked the less convinced I was that this was appropriate. Ultimately, they left with her obviously very agitated saying she would think about it. Her son-in-law was in a huff because he realized I was going to leave the decision to her and not him. She called me a couple of days later to give me enough background that I could see that she could use some support, but that this senior care management approach seemed a lot more appropriate. I just don't know a whole lot about these services, and could use formal training about them.
