[WSBAPT] Notice of Resigning Trustee and Discharge

Apologies to anyone getting this on the KC and WA list.

If I'm reading 11.98.039 & 11.98.041 correctly, a Trustee wishing to resign and hand over to the nominated successor in the Trust instrument, must give notice to the permissible distributees, and will be automatically discharged within 30 days of such notice, provided no objection is made. Then the successor trustee is entitled to act and the resigning trustee is in the clear.

If this is indeed the process, and a Court hearing is not required, does anyone have a form for such notice that I can plagiarize?
