Good Day!
Looking for someone with experience doing estate planning for an Allstate
insurance agent. I'm not familiar with the logistics of passing by will or
otherwise an insurance "Agency". Seems like a lot of business pre-planning
must be accomplished first because the potential beneficiary must be
approved by the Insurance Company to receive the Agency.
The goal is to keep the Agency in the family and turn over to son to run
with payout to the surviving spouse for life, remainder to son. The
business is a sole proprietorship. Son is an agent for the business.
Would like to discuss, but may have to refer out.
Thank you in advance.
