[WSBAPT] verifying Ukraine beneficiary and distributing large amount of money

I’m assisting a Trustee in the administration of a trust bequest to a beneficiary who lives in the Ukraine.  Does anyone have advice and experience in:

  1.  How to verify I have the correct beneficiary.
  2.  How to safely transfer the money (via wire transfer to a bank account identified by the beneficiary – or through some agency/service?
  3.  Is there a way to pay for insurance/bond/surety – to make sure the money actually gets to the correct beneficiary?
