[WSBAPT] Distributions to minor child beneficiaries

I recently had a probate where the decedent owed child support, which was
reduced to a lien and recorded by the State, if I recall correctly, even
though there was no real estate parcel.  I suggest calling the support
enforcement office of the State and making inquiry.  I'm sure you could
gather some law and information that way without revealing the names in
your probate case.
