    Need mature and very good business/collection savvy attorney in =
Spokane to help tax client undo a new corporation and assist with =
closing all state and federal tax accounts and reopen old accounts for =
purposes of tax collection planning.  I can explain the plan but the =
person should have been around the block a few times and have a good =
understanding of collection and lien issues.  Client has apparently =
successful restaurant chain.  Much obliged.
