[WSBAPT] TOD Deed question

I have an estate planning client who would like to record a TOD deed leaving her house to her adult son. For an alternate beneficiary she'd like the property to go to her son's children, who do not yet exist. Of course I do this in wills all the time, but can we do this in a TOD deed? She will also have another alternate behind the possible children.

Thanks.
