Need assistance with the following scenario:

A owns real property with B. A dies testate, leaving her half of the real property to B. A lived in Oregon and died there. Real property is located in Minnesota, where B lives. Probate is open in Oregon for estate of A. Do we need to open an ancillary probate in Minnesota to effectuate transfer of A’s interest in the real property? Or is there a more simple way to do it? I know the Oregon court has no jurisdiction over the MN real property.
