[WSBAPT] LLCs for Rental Real Estate

Hi all-

I hope you're having a great afternoon.

What has your experience been with putting residential rental properties in LLCs? I am getting a few PC questions about it.

Are there any local banks or credit unions you have found particularly good about financing for residential rental properties held through LLCs? Or great management companies?  What are the worst problems you've seen people run into or provisions you were really happy you had in the organizing documents?
