[WSBAPT] LLLT Expansion Update

Hello Everyone:


RPPT learned late Friday afternoon that the Washington Supreme Court does
not intend to adopt the Estate and Healthcare practice area as an expansion
of the Limited License Legal Technician (“LLLT”) practice at this time.
The LLLT Board will continue to explore this and/or additional practice
areas, so we may need to address program expansion in the future.   Thank
you to those of you who offered your comments on this issue.
